The MCA held their annual training day on 12th Sept 2019 at Manchester Hall.
The event was attended by 140 delegates covering all parts of the Manchester Claims market.
The theme was the Civil Liability Act & the six speakers Paul Jones QM Costs, Mike Cutler Premex , Mark Strang Verisk, Richard Forth Forths Forensic Accountants, Craig Budsworth AX and Don Clarke Keoghs gave their takes on the issues remaining to be dealt with before implementation and how the new portal is likely to work in practice.
The delegates fully participated in the day & there was a lively question and answer session as all there sought to understand the full impact of this major change in the way whiplash claims will be handled & the effect on all sides of the insurance market.
